Academy streamlines process for Oscar winners

This year's Oscar winners won't have to put up with delayed gratification.

Charlie and Brooke Sheen due in court

Charlie Sheen and his wife are due in court Monday amid domestic violence allegations. They'll be arriving separately and only the judge can determine if they can leave together.

Brit actress Lucy Punch cast in "Bad Teacher"

British actress Lucy Punch has been cast opposite Cameron Diaz in the black comedy "Bad Teacher," which Jake Kasdan will start shooting next month in Los Angeles.


The Columbia Pictures project revolves around a foul-mouthed, conniving seventh-grade teacher (Diaz) who pursues a colleague after being dumped by her sugar daddy. The new romantic interest brings her into conflict with Amy Squirrel (Punch), the school's model teacher.

Rob Lowe's a traveling Indianapolis Colts fan

Rob Lowe isn't just another celebrity who scored a Super Bowl ticket. He's a dedicated follower of the Indianapolis Colts who has the mileage to prove it.
